When Nature Speaks Through Metal
"When I was six years old, a journey to Africa with my parents sparked something deep inside me. I still remember the eyes of the animals — silent, intense, as if they held an ancient secret I was meant to learn. From that moment on, animals became a personal fascination, a passion that would later find expression in my sculpture.
To me, they are symbols of freedom, courage, and beauty. I don’t just represent them as living beings, but as universal archetypes — powerful forms that evoke primal emotions. Through metal, I try to give voice to their energy, their vulnerability, their mysterious strength.
Each of my sculptures is born from this silent dialogue with nature. Creating an animal in art means entering into a connection with the soul of the natural world — and offering those who observe a glimpse of its wonder."

Quando la natura parla in metallo
"La mia passione per rappresentare gli animali nasce da un legame profondo con la natura e da un momento preciso della mia infanzia. Quando avevo sei anni, durante un viaggio in Africa con i miei genitori, qualcosa si accese dentro di me. Gli animali mi guardavano come se conoscessero un segreto che dovevo imparare. Da quel momento in poi, gli animali divennero una mia personale fascinazione, una passione che avrebbe poi trovato espressione nella mia arte di scultore.
Li rappresento come simboli di libertà, di coraggio, di pura bellezza. Gli animali sono archetipi viventi: portano con sé simboli universali, emozioni primordiali e un’energia potente che cerco di catturare attraverso il metallo. Ogni scultura è per me un modo per dare forma visibile a quell’istinto, a quel mistero che li rende così magnetici e allo stesso tempo vulnerabili. Realizzarli in arte significa per me entrare in contatto con l’anima del mondo naturale."

"Als ich sechs Jahre alt war, entzündete eine Reise nach Afrika mit meinen Eltern etwas in mir. Ich erinnere mich noch an die Blicke der Tiere – still, eindringlich, als ob sie ein uraltes Geheimnis kannten, das ich entdecken sollte. Von diesem Moment an wurden Tiere zu meiner tiefen Faszination – einer Leidenschaft, die später in meiner Bildhauerkunst Ausdruck fand.
Für mich sind sie Symbole von Freiheit, Mut und Schönheit. Ich stelle sie nicht nur als Lebewesen dar, sondern als universelle Archetypen – kraftvolle Formen, die ursprüngliche Emotionen hervorrufen. Durch das Metall versuche ich, ihrer Energie, ihrer Verletzlichkeit und ihrer geheimnisvollen Stärke eine Stimme zu geben.
Jede meiner Skulpturen entsteht aus diesem stillen Dialog mit der Natur. Ein Tier in Kunst zu erschaffen bedeutet für mich, eine Verbindung mit der Seele der natürlichen Welt einzugehen – und dem Betrachter einen Moment voller Staunen zu schenken."

Cuando la naturaleza habla en metal
"Cuando tenía seis años, un viaje a África con mis padres encendió algo muy profundo en mí. Recuerdo las miradas de los animales: silenciosas, intensas, como si guardaran un secreto antiguo que yo debía descubrir. Desde entonces, los animales se convirtieron en una fascinación personal, una pasión que más adelante encontraría forma en mi arte escultórico.
Para mí, representan símbolos de libertad, valentía y belleza. No los represento solo como seres vivos, sino como arquetipos universales: formas poderosas que evocan emociones primitivas. A través del metal, intento dar voz a su energía, a su vulnerabilidad y a su fuerza misteriosa.
Cada una de mis esculturas nace de este diálogo silencioso con la naturaleza. Crear un animal en arte es, para mí, conectar con el alma del mundo natural y ofrecer a quien observa un destello de esa maravilla."
